Lupine Partners believes successful software implementation is comprised of two equal parts – the software evaluation and then, the subsequent migration to the new product.   To be successful, one can’t live without the other.

Prior to implementation, using a tested methodology, we facilitate and quantify the selection of real estate software packages for our clients.  Our goal is to get the 'best fit' for our clients using client-defined software functions and features as the foundation for the selection.

We then set up, install, and customize the best-fit packages.  Our consultants are experienced, and skilled in both Oracle and SQL.  We understand the software from both a user perspective and a technical perspective.

We realize that the transition from implementation to being live on the new software can be abrupt.  We also know clients want to get the most out of their chosen package.   For this reason, we provide post-go-live concierge and business process review services to our clients after the implementation process is complete.

Beyond software and implementation services, we also provide technical support and development services such as software application development and integration and IT helpdesk support.
