Module Design & Configuration

The design and configuration of modules in a new software system is a difficult and exacting task.   If the “what” and “when” are determined in initial discovery meetings, module design and configuration figures out the “how”, “who” and “where”.

For example, questions that need to be answered include:  How are the setup and migration going to occur?  Who is going to do the work?  Under which set of systems will the migration and data conversion orchestration occur?

We are molding the software product to the client’s operational style and methodology.  At the end of this process, the client will be ready to set up and configure their system, the software has been fitted to the client’s operational methodology, and the software has become more familiar.
