Meet Our Team!

David Wolfe, CPA, Founder and President of Lupine Partners.  Founded in 1993, Lupine Partners provides software evaluation and implementation services to a wide base of real estate organizations across the United States.  David is the author of three books:  Software and Vendors and Requirements, Oh My! – A Project Team’s Guide to Evaluating Business Software and Lessons from the Technology Front Line;  Out of the trenches advice from a real estate software mercenary to help take the fear and risk out of your migration from one major software platform to another; and Marching to the Beat of a Different Drummer.

David is also founding partner of ZennaWolfe Media Solutions.  ZennaWolfe provides presentation and on-camera coaching to clients using working actors from the entertainment industry.  Additionally David served as an Executive Producer on the documentary films, "Esperanza" and "Casa Hogar".  He won a Telly award for his role in the filming of Casa Hogar

David has a degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.  He splits his time between Dallas, Texas and Chico, Texas.

Amy McNeill joined Lupine Partners in December 1998.  She provides business process documentation, custom report writing, data conversion, data verification, and project management services to Lupine's client base.  In addition, Amy has created the websites for all of David Wolfe Enterprises' business interests.

Prior to joining Lupine, she worked in the accounting department of NorthPark Management Company, a large retail owner/operator in Dallas, Texas.  She brings 17 years of experience in the real estate industries having held positions in accounting, administration and management information systems.  She is a native of Dallas, Texas and currently resides in a Dallas suburb.

Brian Wood joined Lupine Partners in May 2003, after a nineteen-year tenure at a full-service, regional real estate company in Dallas, Texas.  During his time in corporate America, he held positions in accounting and administration before finding his calling working as Director of Information Technology.  As Director of IT, he managed a small staff while formulating and implementing the company's complete technology strategy, working with telecommunications and data networks as well as all corporate software.

Since joining Lupine Partners, he has worked with dozens of multi-family and commercial real estate companies ranging in size from small management firms to multibillion dollar pension funds.   Projects that he has managed have covered many aspects of real estate systems including: report writing, software evaluation, software implementation, system process review and improvement, financial analysis, custom data extraction, technical training and software end-user training.

Brian has extensive experience in designing, querying and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server databases.  He resides in a Dallas suburb.

Maggie Wolfe joined Lupine Partners in January of 2007.  As General Manager, she is primarily responsible for maintaining operational consulting standards.  Additionally, she is tasked with the administration of Lupine’s marketing efforts.  This includes the design of all Lupine Partners’ consulting products, and the creation the monthly newsletter, “…With a Grain of Salt.”

Maggie is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting at the University of Texas at Dallas.  She resides in Dallas, TX.

Angela Chaney, CPA joined Lupine Partners in January 2008.  She provides general consulting, custom reporting, software implementation and project management services to Lupine's clients.  Angela brings over 11 years of experience in both residential and commercial accounting and property management with a specific expertise in Essbase and creating custom financial reporting solutions.   She has worked on numerous software implementation and data conversion projects from both the accounting and property management side.

Angela graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA in Finance and resides in Dallas, Texas.

Debbie Graves joined Lupine Partners in 2011.  She provides general consulting, training, software implementation services to Lupine's clients.  She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry – primarily in the residential arena.  Her areas of expertise include conventional and student housing property management, due diligence and acquisitions, key accounts, business development, help-desk administration and operations, budgeting and forecasting, financial and facilities management, customer support, training and development, property set up and conversion, and creation of policy manuals and training guides.

She most recently worked for Behringer Harvard as the Yardi Administrator overseeing support and administration.  Prior to this, she was at Inland American Communities/FirstWorthing as Manager of Business Systems Support.  Debbie grew up in the Houston, TX area and currently resides in a Dallas/Fort Worth suburb.

Donnie Penney joined Lupine Partners in October 2014, after a four-year tenure at RealPage Inc. as a Custom Report developer.  While at RealPage, Donnie worked with both RealPage and Yardi clients on various custom reporting engagements.  Previous to joining RealPage, Donnie spent six years at J-Street Companies (previously Woodmark Real Estate Services) in a dual role of managing all IT duties and financial reporting.   This role included system administration of the Yardi system and all custom reporting development.  His financial reporting roles included over seeing all budgets for both commercial and residential properties.

Donnie has over 20 years of financial reporting experience in the Property Management, Transportation and Retail industries. He also has vast knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting services and Cognos advance reporting.

Sylvia Echazarreta joined Lupine Partners in March, 2016.  She provides general consulting, data conversions, upgrades, software implementations and project management services to Lupine's clients.  Prior to joining Lupine, she worked as Assistant Controller at Wareham Development managing the Yardi database and the accounting department.  Sylvia brings over 20 years of Controller and Accounting Manager experience in commercial real estate development and property management.  She has extensive knowledge on Commercial, process improvements, best practice, GAAP compliance, lease administration, recoveries, and financial modules of Yardi including investment management.
Sylvia graduated from the University of Phoenix with a BSBA in Accounting and resides in Martinez, California.
